Coaching Certification

Pose method is a method or teaching people how to run with good technique, a pose coach needs to understand how we move, how others think we move, and how to change peoples perceptions so they can move with a better technique. The Romanov institute is holding certification courses with two parts - Teaching and assessment. Pass both and you can become a certified pose coach and teach others how to run. If you think this may be for you then please contact us. Any one can do this and we will train individuals and groups to become a pose coach.

What we would like to do is develop an active network of coaches across the country. Posetech.com will direct people to coaches using post codes to enable searches. With more and more runners trying to train but having their training interrupted by injury, learning how to train people is a valuable resource.

When you are enrolled you will recieve map reference as to how to get to the clinic. We are based in rural Suffolk and the clinic is held either at our house or a studio. You will need to bring a lunch but we will provide snacks and drinks. Please bring gear to run in and your running shoes. If possible wearing a top that contrasts with bottoms is useful to aid video analysis.
